Start and finish is at the main entrance of the reserve, opposite the Southport Airfield, on Shelter Road (Koala Trail).
Starting Time:
11.2km - 07:00am 4.8km - 07:15am
The cut-off for both distances will be at 09:30am (This is when the public normally starts to arrive, therefore we would like to be finished by then).
Registration:
Opens at 06:20am - Each runner will receive their number/bib, a sponsor branded tote bag crafted from 100% recycled, unbleached cotton, and a branded event multifunctional seamless head/neck tube (Buff).
Finish:
At the finish you will receive something sweet and something cold.

Interventional Pain Gold Coast (IPGC) is sponsoring $500.00 for prize money, and we also offer free entries to future events.
In 2026 we are going to sent one of our runners off to the Papatowai Challenge in Otago, New Zealand. This will include a free entry to the event on Sunday, 01 March 2026, plus accommodation for the weekend of the event. We are liaising with our current and future sponsors to contribute to the airfare and additional expenses. We will draw this prize from the entries of all three 2025 events. This is made possible by our new partner - Sport Otago.
